Hi, I'm Kat Krause. I facilitate pranayama breathwork. I studied under David Elliott and am a reiki master of Madame Takata lineage.
Breathwork is an ancient active meditation that can reduce anxiety, detoxify cells, clear chakras and dissipate trauma with very little cognitive or verbal processing.
Breathwork integrates the mind-body with the loving energy found in all living things. It seeds self love and grows it exponentially.
